We manufacture spare parts for all machines used in PET blow molding, filling, labelling and packaging lines, primarily KRONES, SIDEL, KHS, SMI, SIAPI and SIPA. In addition to standard parts, we produce one-to-one compatible components through reverse engineering for discontinued or custom-dimension parts.
How does the spare parts ordering process work?
Requirements are clarified based on a part drawing, photo or sample. For parts that cannot be supplied from existing inventory, we produce technical drawings via reverse engineering, select materials and proceed with high-precision manufacturing. You receive periodic progress updates throughout the process and the delivery date is confirmed.
How long does a format changeover on a PET blow molding machine take?
Format and preform changeover time depends on the brand/model of the machine and the characteristics of the new format. The Blowtech team performs parameter analysis in advance to keep test runs minimal; the on-site changeover is typically completed in a few hours to half a day.
Which regions do you cover with on-site service?
From our headquarters in Manisa Turgutlu, we provide on-site service across Türkiye. In emergencies we can be on-site within the same day in the Aegean region and within 24–48 hours throughout Türkiye. For international projects we offer remote process support.
What is remote process support and how does it work?
We establish a secure connection to your production line to deliver fault diagnosis, parameter optimization, process monitoring and reporting. This enables immediate intervention and technical consulting without travel time, securing production continuity.
Is there a minimum order quantity for CNC machining?
We manufacture in all volumes from single-piece orders to serial production. For our industrial customers, we prioritize critical single-piece work (custom dimensions, prototypes).
What process is followed for reverse engineering?
Dimensional data is obtained via 3D scanning or precise manual measurement of the part; material analysis is performed; technical drawings and strength calculations are produced; manufacturing then proceeds at the precision required for one-to-one compatibility with the original part.
