From prototyping to serial production, we manufacture industrial parts at sub-millimetre tolerances on our CNC turning, vertical machining centre and conventional machine fleet. Each production order is delivered with a measurement report and material certificate.

Our workshop has the variety of machine tools that industrial machining demands. Complex-geometry parts are produced on CNC turning and vertical machining centres; surface-quality-critical components on conventional grinding and milling machines — all under one roof.
We don't separate quality from process: tool tracking, pre-measurement, intermediate verification and final inspection are mandatory on every part. Statistical process control is applied to serial production via sampling.

From Single Piece to Serial Production
Prototyping
First-sample production for new part designs, with fast turnaround and feedback loops for functional testing.
Reverse Engineering
3D scanning of an existing part, dimensional verification and conversion to technical drawing — followed by manufacturing within original tolerances.
Serial Production
Consistent quality serial production in 10–1000 piece volumes; statistical process control and CMM measurement.
Custom Geometries
Complex parts such as helical channels, cam profiles, eccentric shafts, gears and high-tolerance seating bushes.
Material Range
